Conditions

1. Introduction

By entering a competition on the Smart Win Competitions website, you are agreeing to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing any tickets.

2. Eligibility

  • Competitions are open to residents of The United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Entrants must ensure they comply with any local laws applicable to entering such competitions.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter a competition, visit our website and purchase a ticket for the competition of your choice.
  • Each competition has a set number of entries and a clearly defined closing date and time.
  • A free entry method is also available. Details on how to enter for free can be found under each
    individual competition’s section.

4. Ticket Sales and Entry Limits

  • Ticket prices vary per competition and are listed on each product page.
  • Smart Win Competitions reserves the right to limit the number of entries per person.
  • Entries are only valid upon successful payment (or receipt via free entry route).

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen using a random number generator or live draw, which is verifiably fair.
  • All draws will take place within 1 hour of last ticket sold. Draw will be shown on instagram page @smartwincompetitions
  • Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted
    within 7 days, an alternative winner may be drawn.

6. Prizes

  • Prize details are clearly outlined on each competition listing.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and 70% of value of the prize as a cash alternative if the competitions doesn’t get drawn.
  • In the event a prize becomes unavailable, Smart Win Competitions reserves the right to substitute with a
    prize of equal or greater value.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds will be issued unless a competition is cancelled.
  • If a competition does not reach the minimum number of required entries, Smart Win Competitions reserves
    the right to:
    • Extend the competition closing date, or
    • Refund all entries and cancel the competition.
